Booking & Appointments

Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: All appointments can be booked online through our booking system. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Q: Do I need a consultation before booking?
A: Yes, consultations are required for all extension services and new clients to ensure we provide the best customized service.

Q: Can I add extra services on the day of my appointment?
A: To respect the time of all clients, we cannot accommodate additional services that are not booked in advance.

Deposits & Payments

Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved online transfer methods.

Salon Policies

Q: What if I’m running late?
A: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Q: Can I bring guests or children?
A: To maintain a relaxing, luxury atmosphere, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend their appointment.

Hair Treatments

Q: Which treatments are best for managing natural texture?
A: We offer Affirm Texture Release and Keratin treatments, customizable to reduce frizz, enhance shine, and improve manageability without compromising hair health.

Q: Do you offer relaxer services?
A: Yes. We provide precision relaxer applications with scalp protection and restorative treatments to ensure healthy, sleek results.

Q: What is a steam treatment and why should I book one?
A: Our steam treatments deeply infuse moisture, improve elasticity, and strengthen hair from within. They are ideal for dry, damaged, or chemically treated hair.

Q: How long do treatments last?
A: Results vary based on lifestyle and aftercare, but most treatments last 8–12 weeks with proper maintenance.

Q: Can I style my hair normally after a treatment?
A: Yes! Our treatments are designed to give you styling flexibility—whether you prefer sleek, polished looks or enhanced natural texture.

Hair Extensions

Q: Do you provide the hair for extension services?
A: Yes, we offer premium, luxury extensions available for purchase in advance. You may also bring your own hair, subject to consultation approval.

Q: How long will my extensions last?
A: With proper care and maintenance, our extensions typically last 8–12 weeks. We recommend scheduled salon visits for upkeep.

After Care

Q: How often should I rebook for maintenance?
A: We recommend:

  • Extensions: Every 6–8 weeks

  • Deep treatments (e.g., steam, keratin, relaxer): Every 4 weeks
    Regular appointments help maintain optimal results and keep hair healthy, shiny, and strong.
