Service Description
Texture Release is a heat activated Smoothing System that features Amino Acids & Conditioning Agents that crosslink deep into the hair fibers to enable styling versatility. Servicing transitioning or natural hair only. ▪︎Client with excessively curly to tightly coiled hair types. ▪︎Client who wants styling versatility ▪︎Client who wants to maintain natural texture in between blow drying ▪︎Client who wants no chemical commitment ▪︎Wait 3-5 days after the Texture Release service before washing. ▪︎ It will initially last for approximately 8-12 weeks depending on the frequency of repeated treatments, hair type and condition.
Cancellation Policy
Maya Murray Co. Salon Policies At Maya Murray Co., we value your time and ours. Our policies are designed to provide every client with a seamless, luxury experience. Please review carefully before booking. 1. Appointments & Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system. Please book all required services at the time of scheduling. Additional services cannot be added on the day of your appointment, to avoid delays and respect the next client’s time. A confirmed appointment is required for service. Walk-ins or arrivals without a scheduled appointment cannot be accommodated. 2. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the end of your appointment. We accept [credit/debit card, cash, online transfer]. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a loss of deposit. No-shows may be restricted from future bookings. Rebooking at stylist's discretion. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes will be honored. After this, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and your deposit forfeited. 5. Service Satisfaction We pride ourselves on delivering excellence. If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so adjustments can be made. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are available. 6. Guests & Children To maintain a calm and luxurious environment, only clients being serviced are allowed in the salon. Children are not permitted unless receiving a scheduled service. 7. Extensions & Hair Purchases All extension orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Hair is non-refundable once purchased. Clients are responsible for the care and maintenance of their extensions. 8. Health & Safety Please arrive with your natural hair free of braids, twists, or previous installs unless you have booked a takedown service. If you are experiencing scalp conditions or any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. Maya Murray Co. reserves the right to refuse servicing at any time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies.
